He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Jerry Goodman. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Corsicana, as well as school and civic organizations. During his tenure in Mildred he saw numerous district and state athletic championships, superior academic excellence and was instrumental in planning and improving the MISD facilities. In 1980, he then became a nature study teacher at Drane and an assistant principal at CHS before accepting a position in the Mildred I.S.D. Ray, an avid fisherman and hunter, began his career in education in 1970 at Corsicana High School as a science teacher and PE coach. He was born on Januto Jackie & Bob Goodman of Waco, Texas. Ray Lynn Goodman, 64, of Corsicana passed away on Friday, Januat Navarro Regional Hospital in Corsicana.
